What We Cover: Hiipsy has a limited warranty that covers manufacturers’ defects for 30 days from delivery of item. This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship that are a direct result of manufacturing processes and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, or normal wear and tear.
 
Wear and tear: Generated from daily use and can be from coming in contact with harsh substances, surfaces or chemicals, that may cause scratching, excessive exposure in direct sunlight, high humidity and temperature extremes. This includes any breakage due to misusage of the case. It is at the discretion of our Customer Service Representative whether the faulty item will be replaced.
